If the partner can not create a John Deere Work Plan from GeoPard and receives the error message.
The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or ) and check the access rights: The "Work" access level should be 2. Click the "Edit" button to change access rights.
Change the "Work" access rights to 2 and click the "Save" button.
Verify that the "Work" access level was successfully set to 2.
If the partner can not create a John Deere Work Plan from GeoPard and receives the error message.
The "Work" access level should be 2. Change the "Work" access level to 2 and click the "Save" button.
Verify the "Work" access level.
The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or ) and check the "Access Granted" tab. If the "Work" access level is 0 or 1, click the "Edit" button and amend them. If this option is not available, then the partner should notify the owner about it to fix it.
