9. Export Soil, Topography, Satellite or Analytics as Map Layers

In GeoPard, you can export any geospatial layer into John Deere Ops Center as a Map Layer

What you can export

  • Management Zones (e.g. seeding, fertilizer, crop‑protection)

  • Satellite imagery (and all vegetation indices)

  • Topography & derived layers (elevation, slope, aspect)

  • NUE (nitrogen‑use efficiency) maps

  • Profit maps

  • Variable‑Rate Rx prescriptions (any product)

  • Any other raster or vector layer you create in GeoPard

Export the layer in GeoPard
Exported slope layer appears in Ops center (web & mobile)
Exported elevation layer appears in John DeereOps center (web & mobile)

Quick steps

  1. Open the field and select the layer you want to share.

  2. Click the (three dots) next to the layer name and choose Export → John Deere → Map Layer.

  3. It usually shows up in Ops Center within 1–2 minutes.

Check it in Ops Center

  1. Log in to John Deere Operations Center.

  2. Go to Field Analyzer → Map Layers.

  3. Your new layer appears under the Layer. Toggle it on to see it on the map.

That’s it - a simple way to bring GeoPard insights into every John Deere screen on the farm.
