# 4. Problem-solving of "Partner Organization" sharing

## 4.1 If the partner can NOT connect the shared organization to the GeoPard app.

1. The partner sees the popup about grant permissions.<br>

2. The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or <https://team.deere.com/>) and check the "Access Granted" tab.<br>

3. The "Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies" option should be available.

   If this option is not available, then the partner should notify the owner about it to fix it.<br>

4. After that, the partner will have the opportunity to connect with the new organization.<br>

## 4.2 If the partner can NOT see fields of the shared organization in the GeoPard app.

1. If the partner does not see fields in the GeoPard app.<br>

2. The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or <https://team.deere.com/>) and check the "Access Granted" tab.<br>
