# Your Data Stays Yours, Securely Managed by GeoPard

GeoPard is a farm data analytics software company.

We charge for software IP and processing costs. We do not resell your data.

In rare cases, we may **explicitly** ask customers to share data to improve GeoPard. For example, you may upload a yield file from an unsupported provider so we can transform and process it correctly.

GeoPard can provide recommendations without access to your own uploaded data, for example through multi-layer imagery and topography analytics. You can also upload your own datasets, including harvest, as-applied, soil sampling, and soil scanning data, to generate more specific insights. Your data stays under your control.

GeoPard also meets stringent AWS security standards. The platform has achieved an **overall AWS security score of 91%**, which reflects our commitment to strong data protection practices.

GeoPard scores **91%** in **AWS Foundational Security Best Practices v1.0.0**, **94%** in **CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v1.4.0**, and **100%** in **CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v1.2.0**.

As you work with geospatial agricultural data, your information is protected by high cloud security standards. The GeoPard guarantee is simple: your data remains yours and is securely managed by our platform.

GeoPard securely stores and processes data on AWS. We are the [first AgTech Data Analytics Platform certified by AWS](https://aws.amazon.com/solutions/agriculture/data-platforms-analytics/) and are listed as a priority partner.
