# 6. Problem-solving of Work Plan creation

## 6.1 If the user can NOT create a work plan in the OWN organization

1. If the partner can not create a John Deere Work Plan from GeoPard and receives the error message.<br>

2. The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or <https://team.deere.com/>) and check the access rights: <mark style="background-color:green;">The "Work" access level should be 2.</mark>\
   Click the "Edit" button to change access rights.<br>

3. Change the "Work" access rights to 2 and click the "Save" button.<br>

4. Verify that the "Work" access level was successfully set to 2.

## 6.2 If the user can NOT create a work plan in the SHARED organization

1. If the partner can not create a John Deere Work Plan from GeoPard and receives the error message.

2. The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or <https://team.deere.com/>) and check the "Access Granted" tab.\
   If <mark style="background-color:red;">the "Work" access level is 0 or 1,</mark> click the "Edit" button and amend them.\ <mark style="background-color:red;">If this option is not available, then the partner should notify the owner about it to fix it.</mark>

3. <mark style="background-color:green;">The "Work" access level should be 2.</mark>\
   Change the "Work" access level to 2 and click the "Save" button.<br>
