6. Problem-solving of Work Plan creation

Troubleshoot John Deere Work Plan creation and export issues from GeoPard.

6.1 If the user can NOT create a work plan in the OWN organization

  1. If the partner can not create a John Deere Work Plan from GeoPard and receives the error message.

  2. The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or https://team.deere.com/) and check the access rights: The "Work" access level should be 2. Click the "Edit" button to change access rights.

  3. Change the "Work" access rights to 2 and click the "Save" button.

  4. Verify that the "Work" access level was successfully set to 2.

6.2 If the user can NOT create a work plan in the SHARED organization

  1. If the partner can not create a John Deere Work Plan from GeoPard and receives the error message.

  1. The partner should go to the "Setup" >> "Team" page (or https://team.deere.com/) and check the "Access Granted" tab. If the "Work" access level is 0 or 1, click the "Edit" button and amend them. If this option is not available, then the partner should notify the owner about it to fix it.

  2. The "Work" access level should be 2. Change the "Work" access level to 2 and click the "Save" button.

  3. Verify the "Work" access level.
