# 11. Синхронізувати поле з John Deere Operations Center
Надсилайте окреме поле до John Deere Operations Center за потреби та підтримуйте його межу й ієрархію в актуальному стані.
GeoPard дає змогу синхронізувати окреме поле з John Deere Operations Center на вимогу.
Використовуйте її одразу після додавання поля. Використовуйте її знову після зміни межі або оновлення ієрархії клієнта та ферми.
GeoPard автоматично вирішує, чи створити поле в John Deere Operations Center, чи повторно синхронізувати наявне. Вам не потрібно спочатку перевіряти його поточний стан.

### Перш ніж почати
Синхронізація залежить від двох кроків налаштування. Якщо хоча б один із них відсутній, синхронізація завершиться помилкою.
#### 1. Зіставте мітки GeoPard з ієрархією John Deere
GeoPard організовує поля за допомогою міток. John Deere використовує **Організація → Клієнт → Ферма** ієрархію.
На сторінці інтеграції John Deere зіставте свої мітки GeoPard із такими рівнями John Deere:
* `організація` → Організація
* `клієнт` → Клієнт
* `ферма` → Ферма
Якщо відповідної мітки ще немає, спочатку створіть її. Див. [Додати мітку](https://docs.geopard.tech/geopard-tutorials/product-tour-web-app/farm-and-field-setup/add-a-label).
#### 2. Додайте відповідні мітки до поля
Відкрийте поле та перевірте **Деталі поля** → **Мітки**.
Поле має містити значення, що відповідають вашому зіставленню. Наприклад:
* `організація: AgriCore Solutions`
* `клієнт: GreenField`
* `ферма: Green Valley Farm`
Ці значення розміщують поле в правильному **Організація → Клієнт → Ферма** шляху в John Deere Operations Center.
### Синхронізувати поле
1. Відкрийте поле, яке ви хочете надіслати до John Deere Operations Center.
2. Натисніть **Експорт** → **Синхронізувати поле з John Deere Operations Center**.
3. Дочекайтеся сповіщення про результат.
### Що відбувається, коли ви натискаєте
GeoPard перевіряє, чи вже пов’язане поле з John Deere Operations Center.
* Якщо поля ще немає в John Deere Operations Center, GeoPard автоматично створює його на основі міток ферми та клієнта цього поля.
* Якщо поле вже існує в John Deere Operations Center, GeoPard автоматично оновлює його межу, а також інформацію про ферму та клієнта під час синхронізації.
### Результати, які ви побачите
Після виконання дії GeoPard показує одне з таких сповіщень:
* **Поле створено в John Deere Operations Center** — поле не мало зв’язку з John Deere і було успішно створене.
* **Поле повторно синхронізовано з John Deere Operations Center** — поле вже було пов’язане, і його межі та ієрархію було оновлено.
* **Синхронізацію не вдалося виконати** — поле не вдалося синхронізувати.
### Усунення неполадок
Якщо синхронізація не вдається, спочатку перевірте такі пункти:
* Ваш обліковий запис GeoPard підключено до John Deere. Див. [2. Підключення до John Deere Operations Center](https://docs.geopard.tech/geopard-tutorials/product-tour-web-app/john-deere-operations-center-integration/2.-connect-to-john-deere-operations-center).
* Ваша організація John Deere увімкнена в GeoPard. Див. [3. Підключення до організацій John Deere](https://docs.geopard.tech/geopard-tutorials/product-tour-web-app/john-deere-operations-center-integration/3.-connect-to-john-deere-organizations).
* Поле має всі зіставлені мітки з правильними значеннями.
* Зіставлення міток відповідає запланованому **Організація → Клієнт → Ферма** шляху.
Найпоширеніша причина збою — відсутні або невідповідні мітки поля.
