# 6. Усунення проблем створення робочого плану

## 6.1 Якщо користувач НЕ може створити робочий план в ПЕРСОНАЛЬНІЙ організації

1. Якщо партнер не може створити робочий план John Deere із GeoPard і отримує повідомлення про помилку.<br>

2. Партнер повинен перейти на сторінку "Setup" >> "Team" (або <https://team.deere.com/>) і перевірити права доступу: <mark style="background-color:green;">Рівень доступу "Work" має бути 2.</mark>\
   Натисніть кнопку "Edit", щоб змінити права доступу.<br>

3. Змініть права доступу "Work" на 2 і натисніть кнопку "Save".<br>

4. Перевірте, що рівень доступу "Work" успішно встановлено на 2.

## 6.2 Якщо користувач НЕ може створити робочий план у СПІЛЬНІЙ організації

1. Якщо партнер не може створити робочий план John Deere із GeoPard і отримує повідомлення про помилку.

2. Партнер повинен перейти на сторінку "Setup" >> "Team" (або <https://team.deere.com/>) і перевірте вкладку "Access Granted".\
   Якщо <mark style="background-color:red;">рівень доступу "Work" дорівнює 0 або 1,</mark> натисніть кнопку "Edit" і внесіть зміни.\ <mark style="background-color:red;">Якщо ця опція недоступна, тоді партнер повинен повідомити про це власника, щоб той виправив це.</mark>
