# 2. Felsökning av delning med "personalmedlem"
Fixa vanliga problem med John Deere-delning för personalmedlemmar som blockerar åtkomst eller datasynk.
## 2.1 Om medarbetaren INTE kan ansluta den delade organisationen till GeoPard-appen.
1. Medarbetaren ser popup-fönstret om att bevilja behörigheter.
2. Medarbetaren ska gå till sidan "Inställningar" >> "Team" (eller ) och kontrollera fliken "Åtkomst".
3. Alternativet "Dela organisationsdata med anslutna programvaruföretag" ska finnas tillgängligt.\
Om det här alternativet inte finns tillgängligt ska medarbetaren meddela ägaren om det så att åtkomsten kan rättas till.
## 2.2 Om medarbetaren INTE kan se fälten i den delade organisationen i GeoPard-appen.
1. Om medarbetaren inte ser fält i GeoPard-appen.
2. Medarbetaren ska gå till sidan "Inställningar" >> "Team" (eller ) och kontrollera fliken "Åtkomst".
3. Åtkomstnivån för "Platser" ska vara 3.\
Om det här alternativet inte finns tillgängligt ska medarbetaren meddela ägaren om det så att det kan åtgärdas.
4. Fälten ska vara tillgängliga i den delade organisationen i GeoPard-appen.
