# 1. delning med "personalmedlem"
Dela John Deere-data med personalmedlemmar så att de kan arbeta i GeoPard.
1. För att dela organisationens data med medarbetarkontot ska organisationens ägare gå till sidan "Setup" >> "Team" (eller ), välja organisationen (exempel VY Org 01) och klicka på knappen "Staff Member".
2. Fyll i e-postadressen för medarbetarkontot och klicka på knappen "Next".
3. Fyll i "Organization Management" åtkomstnivå till 1 med kryssrutan "Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies" och "Locations"-åtkomstnivå till 3.
4. Klicka på knappen "Next".
5. Klicka på knappen "Finish".
6. Tabellen visar resultatet godkänn/avslå/väntande för begäran.
7. Efter det får medarbetarkontot ett e-postmeddelande om detta och bekräftelsepopupen för första inloggningen till John Deere Operations Center.\
Medarbetaren ska klicka på knappen "Accept".
8. Efter godkännande ska medarbetaren se en ny organisation (till exempel VY Org 01).
9. GeoPard-appen ska visa medarbetarens nya organisation, och sedan ska medarbetaren klicka på länken "Connect" (till exempel VY Org 01).
10. Medarbetaren ska välja den nya organisationen i listan (till exempel VY Org 01).
11. Klicka på knappen "Save".
12. Efter det är GeoPard-appen redo att arbeta med den nya organisationen.
