# 4. Odpravljanje težav pri deljenju s »partnersko organizacijo«
Odpravite težave pri deljenju s partnersko organizacijo med John Deere in GeoPardom.
## 4.1 Če partner NE more povezati deljene organizacije z aplikacijo GeoPard.
1. Partner vidi pojavno okno o dodelitvi dovoljenj.
2. Partner naj odpre stran »Nastavitve« >> »Ekipa« (ali ) in preverite zavihek »Dostop odobren«.
3. Možnost »Deljenje podatkov organizacije s povezanimi programskimi podjetji« bi morala biti na voljo.
Če ta možnost ni na voljo, naj partner o tem obvesti lastnika, da to odpravi.
4. Nato bo imel partner možnost povezati se z novo organizacijo.
## 4.2 Če partner NE vidi polj deljene organizacije v aplikaciji GeoPard.
1. Če partner v aplikaciji GeoPard ne vidi polj.
2. Partner naj odpre stran »Nastavitve« >> »Ekipa« (ali ) in preverite zavihek »Dostop odobren«.
3. Raven dostopa »Lokacije« mora biti 3.
Če ta možnost ni na voljo, naj partner o tem obvesti lastnika, da to odpravi.
4. Polja morajo biti na voljo v skupni organizaciji v aplikaciji GeoPard.
