# 3. Deljenje s »partnersko organizacijo«
Delite podatke John Deere prek partnerskih organizacij za delo prodajalcev in svetovalcev.
1. Za skupno rabo podatkov organizacije s partnersko organizacijo mora lastnik organizacije odpreti stran "Setup" >> "Team" (ali ), izbrati organizacijo (na primer VY Org 02) in klikniti gumb "Partner Organization".
2. Izberite možnost "Grant Access" ter vnesite e-poštni naslov partnerske organizacije in kliknite gumb "Next".
3. Vnesite raven dostopa "Organization Management" na 1 zpotrditvenim poljem "Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies" in raven dostopa "Locations" na 3 in kliknite gumb "Next".
4. Kliknite gumb "Done".
5. Tabela prikazuje rezultat odobreno/zavrnjeno/v obdelavi zahteve.\
6. Nato partnerski račun prejme e-poštno obvestilo o tem ter potrditveno pojavno okno za prvi prijavi v John Deere Ops Center. Partner naj klikne gumb "Continue To Team".
7. Partner naj izbere partnersko organizacijo za skupno rabo in klikne gumb "Review permissions".
8. Preglejte in kliknite gumb "Next".
9. Izberite svoje ime profila in kliknite gumb "Done".
10. Po odobritvi bi moral partner videti novo organizacijo (na primer VY Org 02) pod deljeno organizacijo (na primer Winter Patrick Test 4).
11. Aplikacija GeoPard bi morala prikazati novo organizacijo, nato naj partner klikne povezavo "Connect" (na primer VY Org 02).
12. Partner naj izbere novo organizacijo na seznamu (na primer VY Org 02).
13. Izberite novo organizacijo in kliknite gumb "Save".
14. Nato je aplikacija GeoPard pripravljena za delo z novo organizacijo.
