# 1. Обмен с "сотрудником"
Делитесь данными John Deere с сотрудниками, чтобы они могли работать в GeoPard.
1. Чтобы поделиться данными организации с учетной записью сотрудника, владелец организации должен перейти на страницу "Setup" >> "Team" (или ), выбрать организацию (например, VY Org 01) и нажать кнопку "Staff Member".
2. Укажите адрес электронной почты учетной записи сотрудника и нажмите кнопку "Next".
3. Укажите "Organization Management" уровень доступа 1 с помощью флажка "Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies" и уровень доступа к "Locations" 3.
4. Нажмите кнопку "Next".
5. Нажмите кнопку "Finish".
6. В таблице показан результат одобрения/отклонения/ожидания запроса.
7. После этого на учетную запись сотрудника приходит уведомление по электронной почте, а также всплывающее окно подтверждения для первого входа в John Deere Operations Center.\
Сотрудник должен нажать кнопку "Accept".
8. После одобрения сотрудник должен увидеть новую организацию (например, VY Org 01).
9. Приложение GeoPard должно отобразить новую организацию сотрудника, после чего сотрудник должен нажать ссылку "Connect" (например, VY Org 01).
10. Сотрудник должен выбрать новую организацию в списке (например, VY Org 01).
11. Нажмите кнопку "Save".
12. После этого приложение GeoPard готово к работе с новой организацией.
