# 6. Rezolvarea problemelor la crearea planului de lucru
Depanează problemele de creare și export ale planului de lucru John Deere din GeoPard.
## 6.1 Dacă utilizatorul NU poate crea un plan de lucru în propria organizație
1. Dacă partenerul nu poate crea un Plan de lucru John Deere din GeoPard și primește mesajul de eroare.
2. Partenerul trebuie să meargă la pagina "Setup" >> "Team" (sau ) și să verifice drepturile de acces: Nivelul de acces "Work" trebuie să fie 2.\
Apăsați butonul "Edit" pentru a schimba drepturile de acces.
3. Schimbați drepturile de acces "Work" la 2 și apăsați butonul "Save".
4. Verificați că nivelul de acces "Work" a fost setat cu succes la 2.
## 6.2 Dacă utilizatorul NU poate crea un plan de lucru în organizația PARTAJATĂ
1. Dacă partenerul nu poate crea un Plan de lucru John Deere din GeoPard și primește mesajul de eroare.
2. Partenerul trebuie să meargă la pagina "Setup" >> "Team" (sau ) și verificați fila "Access Granted".\
Dacă nivelul de acces "Work" este 0 sau 1, apăsați butonul "Edit" și modificați-le.\ Dacă această opțiune nu este disponibilă, atunci partenerul ar trebui să îl anunțe pe proprietar pentru a o remedia.
3. Nivelul de acces "Work" trebuie să fie 2.\
Schimbați nivelul de acces "Work" la 2 și apăsați butonul "Save".
4. Verificați nivelul de acces "Work".
