# 4. Rezolvarea problemelor la partajarea „Organizație parteneră”
Rezolvă problemele de partajare cu organizațiile partenere între John Deere și GeoPard.
## 4.1 Dacă partenerul NU poate conecta organizația partajată la aplicația GeoPard.
1. Partenerul vede fereastra pop-up despre acordarea permisiunilor.
2. Partenerul trebuie să meargă la pagina "Setup" >> "Team" (sau ) și verificați fila „Access Granted”.
3. Opțiunea „Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies” ar trebui să fie disponibilă.
Dacă această opțiune nu este disponibilă, atunci partenerul ar trebui să îl anunțe pe proprietar pentru a o remedia.
4. După aceea, partenerul va avea posibilitatea să se conecteze la noua organizație.
## 4.2 Dacă partenerul NU poate vedea parcelele organizației partajate în aplicația GeoPard.
1. Dacă partenerul nu vede parcele în aplicația GeoPard.
2. Partenerul trebuie să meargă la pagina "Setup" >> "Team" (sau ) și verificați fila „Access Granted”.
3. Nivelul de acces „Locations” ar trebui să fie 3.
Dacă această opțiune nu este disponibilă, atunci partenerul ar trebui să îl anunțe pe proprietar pentru a o remedia.
4. Parcele ar trebui să fie disponibile în organizația partajată în aplicația GeoPard.
