# 4. Resolução de problemas do compartilhamento de "Partner Organization"
Resolva problemas de compartilhamento de organizações parceiras entre John Deere e GeoPard.
## 4.1 Se o parceiro NÃO conseguir conectar a organização compartilhada ao aplicativo GeoPard.
1. O parceiro vê o pop-up sobre concessão de permissões.
2. O parceiro deve ir para a página "Setup" >> "Team" (ou ) e verifique a aba "Acesso Concedido".
3. A opção "Compartilhar dados da organização com empresas de software conectadas" deve estar disponível.
Se essa opção não estiver disponível, então o parceiro deve notificar o proprietário sobre isso para que ele corrija.
4. Depois disso, o parceiro terá a oportunidade de se conectar com a nova organização.
## 4.2 Se o parceiro NÃO conseguir ver os campos da organização compartilhada no aplicativo GeoPard.
1. Se o parceiro não vir campos no aplicativo GeoPard.
2. O parceiro deve ir para a página "Setup" >> "Team" (ou ) e verifique a aba "Acesso Concedido".
3. O nível de acesso "Localizações" deve ser 3.
Se essa opção não estiver disponível, então o parceiro deve notificar o proprietário sobre isso para que ele corrija.
4. Os campos devem estar disponíveis na organização compartilhada no aplicativo GeoPard.
