# QGIS: NDVI berekenen voor het drone-GeoTIFF-bestand

Soms moet u de gemiddelde NDVI berekenen voor een polygoon binnen het perceel. U kunt hiervoor het volgende doen in een QGIS-programma.<br>

#### 1 - Visualiseer de initiële drone-NDVI-geotiff

#### 2 - Maak een nieuwe laag aan

#### 3 - Stel de laagnaam en het geometrie-type in en druk op OK

#### 4 - Selecteer de laag in het paneel Lagen

1. Selecteer “Bewerken omschakelen” (1)
2. Selecteer “Polygoonobject toevoegen” (2)

#### 5 - Teken een polygoon. Om het tekenen te beëindigen drukt u op de rechter muisknop en stelt u “id” in in de pop-up.

Voltooi de laag door opnieuw op “Bewerken omschakelen” te drukken en druk op “Opslaan”.

#### 6 - Selecteer Zonal statistics in het paneel “Processing toolbox”.

#### 7 - Selecteer rasterlaag (1),

Selecteer polygoonlaag (2),

Druk op “Uitvoeren” (3).

#### 8 - Selecteer de laag in het paneel Lagen en druk op de rechter muisknop, selecteer in het contextmenu Attributentabel openen.
