# 4. Problemen oplossen bij delen als "Partnerorganisatie"
Los problemen met delen via partnerorganisaties tussen John Deere en GeoPard op.
## 4.1 Als de partner de gedeelde organisatie NIET kan koppelen aan de GeoPard-app.
1. De partner ziet de pop-up over het verlenen van rechten.
2. De partner moet naar de pagina "Setup" >> "Team" gaan (of ) en controleer het tabblad "Toegang verleend".
3. De optie "Organisatiegegevens delen met verbonden softwarebedrijven" moet beschikbaar zijn.
Als deze optie niet beschikbaar is, moet de partner de eigenaar hierover informeren zodat dit kan worden opgelost.
4. Daarna krijgt de partner de mogelijkheid om verbinding te maken met de nieuwe organisatie.
## 4.2 Als de partner GEEN percelen van de gedeelde organisatie kan zien in de GeoPard-app.
1. Als de partner geen percelen ziet in de GeoPard-app.
2. De partner moet naar de pagina "Setup" >> "Team" gaan (of ) en controleer het tabblad "Toegang verleend".
3. Het toegangsniveau voor "Locaties" moet 3 zijn.
Als deze optie niet beschikbaar is, moet de partner de eigenaar hierover informeren zodat dit kan worden opgelost.
4. De percelen zouden beschikbaar moeten zijn in de gedeelde organisatie in de GeoPard-app.
