# 3. Delen met een 'Partnerorganisatie'

Deel John Deere-data via partnerorganisaties voor workflows van dealers en adviseurs.

1. Om gegevens van de organisatie te delen met de partnerorganisatie, moet de eigenaar van de organisatie naar de pagina "Setup" >> "Team" gaan (of <https://team.deere.com/>), selecteer de organisatie (bijvoorbeeld VY Org 02) en klik op de knop "Partnerorganisatie".<br>

2. Selecteer de optie "Toegang verlenen" en vul het e-mailadres van de partnerorganisatie in en klik op de knop "Volgende".<br>

Vul <mark style="background-color:green;">het toegangsniveau "Organisatiebeheer" in op 1</mark> met het<mark style="background-color:green;">selectievakje "Organisatiegegevens delen met gekoppelde softwarebedrijven"</mark> en <mark style="background-color:green;">het toegangsniveau "Locaties" in op 3</mark> en klik op de knop "Volgende".<br>

5. De tabel toont het resultaat goedgekeurd/geweigerd/in behandeling van het verzoek.\ <br>

6. Daarna ontvangt het partneraccount hierover een e-mailmelding en verschijnt de bevestigingspop-up voor de eerste aanmelding bij John Deere Ops Center. De partner moet op de knop "Doorgaan naar team" klikken.<br>

7. De partner moet de partnerorganisatie voor delen selecteren en op de knop "Rechten controleren" klikken.<br>

8. Controleer en klik op de knop "Volgende".<br>

9. Selecteer uw eigen profielnaam en klik op de knop "Gereed".<br>

10. Na goedkeuring moet de partner een nieuwe organisatie zien (bijvoorbeeld VY Org 02) onder de gedeelde organisatie (bijvoorbeeld Winter Patrick Test 4).<br>

11. De GeoPard-app moet de nieuwe organisatie weergeven, daarna moet de partner op de link "Verbinden" klikken (bijvoorbeeld VY Org 02).<br>
