# 6. Probleemoplossing van het maken van werkplannen

## 6.1 Als de gebruiker GEEN werkplan kan aanmaken in de EIGEN organisatie

1. Als de partner geen John Deere-werkplan kan aanmaken vanuit GeoPard en de foutmelding ontvangt.<br>

2. De partner moet naar de pagina "Setup" >> "Team" gaan (of <https://team.deere.com/>) en de toegangsrechten controleren: <mark style="background-color:green;">Het toegangslevel "Work" moet 2 zijn.</mark>\
   Klik op de knop "Edit" om de toegangsrechten te wijzigen.<br>

3. Wijzig de toegangsrechten voor "Work" naar 2 en klik op de knop "Save".<br>

4. Controleer of het toegangslevel "Work" succesvol op 2 is ingesteld.

## 6.2 Als de gebruiker GEEN werkplan kan aanmaken in de GEDEELDE organisatie

1. Als de partner geen John Deere-werkplan kan aanmaken vanuit GeoPard en de foutmelding ontvangt.

2. De partner moet naar de pagina "Setup" >> "Team" gaan (of <https://team.deere.com/>) en controleer het tabblad "Access Granted".\
   Als <mark style="background-color:red;">het toegangslevel "Work" 0 of 1 is,</mark> klik op de knop "Edit" en pas deze aan.\ <mark style="background-color:red;">Als deze optie niet beschikbaar is, moet de partner de eigenaar hierover informeren zodat dit kan worden opgelost.</mark>
