# 2. Probleemoplossing voor delen met een “staflid”

## 2.1 Als het personeelslid de gedeelde organisatie NIET kan koppelen aan de GeoPard-app.

1. Het personeelslid ziet de pop-up over het verlenen van permissies.<br>

2. Het personeelslid moet naar de pagina "Instellingen" >> "Team" gaan (of <https://team.deere.com/>) en het tabblad "Toegang" controleren.<br>

3. De optie "Organisatiegegevens delen met aangesloten softwarebedrijven" zou beschikbaar moeten zijn.\
   Als deze optie niet beschikbaar is, moet het personeelslid de eigenaar hiervan op de hoogte stellen om de toegang te laten corrigeren.<br>

## 2.2 Als het personeelslid percelen van de gedeelde organisatie NIET kan zien in de GeoPard-app.

1. Als het personeelslid geen percelen ziet in de GeoPard-app.<br>
