# 1. delen met een “staflid”

1. Om gegevens van de organisatie te delen met het account van het personeelslid, moet de eigenaar van de organisatie naar de pagina "Setup" >> "Team" gaan (of <https://team.deere.com/>), de organisatie selecteren (bijvoorbeeld VY Org 01) en op de knop "Personeelslid" klikken.<br>

2. Vul het e-mailadres van het account van het personeelslid in en klik op de knop "Volgende".<br>

3. Vul het <mark style="background-color:green;">"Organisatiebeheer"</mark> toegangsniveau in op 1 met het <mark style="background-color:green;">selectievakje "Organisatiegegevens delen met verbonden softwarebedrijven"</mark> en het <mark style="background-color:green;">toegangsniveau voor "Locaties" op 3</mark>.<br>

4. Klik op de knop "Volgende".<br>

5. Klik op de knop "Voltooien".<br>

6. De tabel toont het resultaat goedgekeurd/geweigerd/in behandeling van het verzoek.<br>

7. Daarna ontvangt het account van het personeelslid hierover een e-mailmelding en verschijnt de bevestigingspop-up voor de eerste aanmelding bij het John Deere Operations Center.\
   Het personeelslid moet op de knop "Accepteren" klikken.<br>

8. Na goedkeuring zou het account van het personeelslid een nieuwe organisatie moeten zien (bijvoorbeeld VY Org 01).<br>

9. De GeoPard-app zou de nieuwe organisatie van het personeelslid moeten weergeven; daarna moet het personeelslid op de link "Verbinden" klikken (bijvoorbeeld VY Org 01).<br>

10. Het personeelslid moet de nieuwe organisatie in de lijst selecteren (bijvoorbeeld VY Org 01).<br>

11. Klik op de knop "Opslaan".<br>
