# QGIS: aprēķināt NDVI drona GeoTIFF failam

Dažkārt ir jāaprēķina vidējais NDVI kādam poligonam lauka iekšienē. To var izdarīt QGIS programmā šādi.<br>

#### 1 - Vizualizējiet sākotnējo drona NDVI GeoTIFF

#### 2 - Izveidojiet jaunu slāni

#### 3 - Iestatiet slāņa nosaukumu un ģeometrijas tipu, pēc tam nospiediet OK

#### 4 - Atlasiet slāni slāņu panelī

1. Izvēlieties “Pārslēgt rediģēšanu” (1)
2. Izvēlieties “Pievienot poligona elementu” (2)

#### 5 - Uzzīmējiet poligonu. Lai pabeigtu zīmēšanu, nospiediet labo peles pogu un uznirstošajā logā iestatiet “id”.

Pabeidziet slāni, vēlreiz nospiežot “Pārslēgt rediģēšanu” un pēc tam nospiediet “Saglabāt”.

#### 6 - “Apstrādes rīku kastes” panelī izvēlieties Zonas statistika.

#### 7 - Atlasiet rastra slāni (1),

Atlasiet poligona slāni (2),

Nospiediet “Palaist” (3).

#### 8 - Atlasiet slāni slāņu panelī un nospiediet labo peles pogu; konteksta izvēlnē atlasiet Atvērt atribūtu tabulu.
