# 2. „Staff Member“ bendrinimo problemų sprendimas
Ištaisykite dažnas John Deere darbuotojų bendrinimo problemas, kurios blokuoja prieigą arba duomenų sinchronizavimą.
## 2.1 Jei darbuotojas NEGALI prijungti bendrinamos organizacijos prie „GeoPard“ programėlės.
1. Darbuotojui rodomas iškylantis langas apie suteikiamus leidimus.
2. Darbuotojas turėtų eiti į „Setup“ >> „Team“ puslapį (arba ) ir patikrinti skirtuką „Access“.
3. Turėtų būti pasiekiama parinktis „Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies“.\
Jei ši parinktis nepasiekiama, darbuotojas turėtų apie tai pranešti savininkui, kad būtų sutvarkyta prieiga.
## 2.2 Jei darbuotojas NEGALI matyti bendrinamos organizacijos laukų „GeoPard“ programėlėje.
1. Jei darbuotojas „GeoPard“ programėlėje nemato laukų.
2. Darbuotojas turėtų eiti į „Setup“ >> „Team“ puslapį (arba ) ir patikrinti skirtuką „Access“.
3. Prieigos lygis „Locations“ turėtų būti 3.\
Jei ši parinktis nepasiekiama, darbuotojas turėtų apie tai pranešti savininkui, kad būtų tai sutvarkyta.
4. Laukai turėtų būti pasiekiami bendrinamoje organizacijoje „GeoPard“ programėlėje.
