# 1. Bendrinimas kaip „Staff Member“
Bendrinkite John Deere duomenis su darbuotojais, kad jie galėtų dirbti GeoPard sistemoje.
1. Norėdamas bendrinti organizacijos duomenis su darbuotojo paskyra, organizacijos savininkas turėtų eiti į „Setup“ >> „Team“ puslapį (arba ), pasirinkti organizaciją (pvz., VY Org 01) ir spustelėti mygtuką „Staff Member“.
2. Įveskite darbuotojo paskyros el. paštą ir spustelėkite mygtuką „Next“.
3. Nustatykite „Organization Management“ prieigos lygį į 1 su žymimuoju langeliu „Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies“ ir „Locations“ prieigos lygiu į 3.
4. Spustelėkite mygtuką „Next“.
5. Spustelėkite mygtuką „Finish“.
6. Lentelėje rodomas užklausos rezultatas: patvirtinta / atmesta / laukiama.
7. Po to darbuotojo paskyra gauna el. laiško pranešimą apie tai ir patvirtinimo iššokantį langą, skirtą pirmajam prisijungimui prie John Deere Operations Center.\
Darbuotojas turėtų spustelėti mygtuką „Accept“.
8. Po patvirtinimo darbuotojas turėtų matyti naują organizaciją (pavyzdžiui, VY Org 01).
9. GeoPard programėlėje turėtų būti rodoma nauja darbuotojo organizacija, tada darbuotojas turėtų spustelėti nuorodą „Connect“ (pavyzdžiui, VY Org 01).
10. Darbuotojas turėtų sąraše pasirinkti naują organizaciją (pavyzdžiui, VY Org 01).
11. Spustelėkite mygtuką „Save“.
12. Po to GeoPard programėlė bus paruošta darbui su nauja organizacija.
