Masinis ūkio bendrinimas vartotojams organizacijos viduje arba išoriniams vartotojams. Yra du atvejai, kada taikyti mutaciją. Pirmasis atvejis yra masinis „Ūkio“ bendrinimas pagal el. pašto sąrašą.
