# 相対変動係数
圃場で過去1〜2週間、1〜2か月、あるいは数年の間に起きた変化を検出することで、作物の生育についての洞察を得ることができます。
相対変動係数（Relative Variation Factor）または相対変動指数（Relative Variation Index）は、以下の用途に使えます：
* 5〜10〜20年にわたって同様のパフォーマンスを示す地点を特定し、同じ条件のエリアに試験区を配置して、誤りの可能性を低減する
* シーズン中の変化を追跡し、生育期間中の作物のパフォーマンスを評価する
* 気象災害、病害、または害虫被害の後に損傷を受けたエリアを把握し、被害面積を算出する
* 直近2枚の画像の違いを検出し、作物の生育状況を管理する。
GeoPardの相対変動指数（RVI）は、これらすべてのケースをはじめ、さらに多くの用途に対応します。RVIは、シーズン中の管理ゾーンや過去の管理ゾーンと組み合わせて使うことで、作物の生育についてより多くの洞察を提供します。
