# 4. 「パートナー組織」共有の問題解決
John DeereとGeoPard間のパートナー組織共有の問題を解決します。
## 4.1 パートナーが共有組織を GeoPard アプリに接続できない場合。
1. パートナーには権限付与に関するポップアップが表示されます。
2. パートナーは「Setup」>>「Team」ページ（または ）を開き、「アクセス許可済み」タブを確認してください。
3. 「接続済みソフトウェア会社と組織データを共有」オプションが利用可能である必要があります。
このオプションが利用できない場合、パートナーは所有者に連絡して修正してもらう必要があります。
4. その後、パートナーは新しい組織に接続できるようになります。
## 4.2 パートナーが GeoPard アプリで共有組織の圃場を確認できない場合。
1. パートナーが GeoPard アプリで圃場を表示できない場合。
2. パートナーは「Setup」>>「Team」ページ（または ）を開き、「アクセス許可済み」タブを確認してください。
3. 「Locations」のアクセスレベルは 3 である必要があります。
このオプションが利用できない場合、パートナーは所有者に連絡して修正してもらう必要があります。
4. GeoPard アプリの共有組織内で圃場が利用できるはずです。
