# 2. 「スタッフメンバー」共有の問題解決
アクセスやデータ同期を妨げる、John Deereのスタッフ共有の一般的な問題を修正します。
## 2.1 スタッフが共有組織を GeoPard アプリに接続できない場合。
1. スタッフには、権限付与に関するポップアップが表示されます。
2. スタッフは「Setup」>>「Team」ページ（または ）に移動し、「Access」タブを確認する必要があります。
3. 「Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies」オプションが利用できるはずです。\
このオプションが利用できない場合、スタッフは所有者に通知し、アクセスを修正してもらう必要があります。
## 2.2 スタッフが GeoPard アプリで共有組織の圃場を確認できない場合。
1. スタッフが GeoPard アプリで圃場を確認できない場合。
2. スタッフは「Setup」>>「Team」ページ（または ）に移動し、「Access」タブを確認する必要があります。
3. 「Locations」のアクセスレベルは 3 である必要があります。\
このオプションが利用できない場合、スタッフは所有者に通知し、修正してもらう必要があります。
4. GeoPard アプリの共有組織内で圃場が利用できるはずです。
