# 4. Risoluzione dei problemi della condivisione "Organizzazione partner"
Risolvi i problemi di condivisione con l’organizzazione partner tra John Deere e GeoPard.
## 4.1 Se il partner NON riesce a collegare l’organizzazione condivisa all’app GeoPard.
1. Il partner vede il popup relativo alla concessione dei permessi.
2. Il partner dovrebbe andare alla pagina "Setup" >> "Team" (o ) e controllare la scheda "Accesso concesso".
3. L’opzione "Condividi i dati dell’organizzazione con le aziende di software collegate" dovrebbe essere disponibile.
Se questa opzione non è disponibile, il partner dovrebbe quindi informarne il proprietario per risolvere il problema.
4. Dopodiché, il partner avrà la possibilità di collegarsi alla nuova organizzazione.
## 4.2 Se il partner NON riesce a vedere i campi dell’organizzazione condivisa nell’app GeoPard.
1. Se il partner non vede i campi nell’app GeoPard.
2. Il partner dovrebbe andare alla pagina "Setup" >> "Team" (o ) e controllare la scheda "Accesso concesso".
3. Il livello di accesso "Locations" dovrebbe essere 3.
Se questa opzione non è disponibile, il partner dovrebbe quindi informarne il proprietario per risolvere il problema.
4. I campi dovrebbero essere disponibili nell’organizzazione condivisa nell’app GeoPard.
