# 1. Condivisione "Membro dello staff"
Condividi i dati John Deere con i membri dello staff in modo che possano lavorare in GeoPard.
1. Per condividere i dati dell’organizzazione con l’account del membro dello staff, il proprietario dell’organizzazione deve andare alla pagina "Setup" >> "Team" (oppure ), selezionare l’organizzazione (esempio VY Org 01) e fare clic sul pulsante "Staff Member".
2. Inserire l’email dell’account del membro dello staff e fare clic sul pulsante "Next".
3. Impostare il "Organization Management" livello di accesso a 1 con la casella di controllo "Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies" e il livello di accesso a "Locations" a 3.
4. Fare clic sul pulsante "Next".
5. Fare clic sul pulsante "Finish".
6. La tabella mostra l’esito di approvazione/rifiuto/in sospeso della richiesta.
7. Dopodiché l’account del membro dello staff riceve una notifica via email al riguardo e il popup di conferma per il primo accesso a John Deere Operations Center.\
Il membro dello staff deve fare clic sul pulsante "Accept".
8. Dopo l’approvazione, il membro dello staff dovrebbe vedere una nuova organizzazione (ad esempio VY Org 01).
9. L’app GeoPard dovrebbe mostrare la nuova organizzazione del membro dello staff, quindi il membro dello staff deve fare clic sul link "Connect" (ad esempio VY Org 01).
10. Il membro dello staff deve selezionare la nuova organizzazione nell’elenco (ad esempio VY Org 01).
11. Fare clic sul pulsante "Save".
12. Dopodiché, l’app GeoPard è pronta a lavorare con la nuova organizzazione.
