# 4. resolución de problemas del uso compartido de "Organización socia"

## 4.1 Si el socio NO puede conectar la organización compartida a la aplicación GeoPard.

1. El socio ve la ventana emergente sobre el otorgamiento de permisos.<br>

2. El socio debe ir a la página "Setup" >> "Team" (o <https://team.deere.com/>) y compruebe la pestaña "Acceso concedido".<br>

3. La opción "Compartir datos de la organización con empresas de software conectadas" debería estar disponible.

   Si esta opción no está disponible, entonces el socio debe notificarlo al propietario para que lo corrija.<br>
