# 4. Solución de problemas de la compartición de "Organización socia"
Resuelve problemas de compartición con organizaciones socias entre John Deere y GeoPard.
## 4.1 Si el socio NO puede conectar la organización compartida a la aplicación GeoPard.
1. El socio ve la ventana emergente sobre el otorgamiento de permisos.
2. El socio debe ir a la página "Setup" >> "Team" (o ) y compruebe la pestaña "Acceso concedido".
3. La opción "Compartir datos de la organización con empresas de software conectadas" debería estar disponible.
Si esta opción no está disponible, entonces el socio debe notificarlo al propietario para que lo corrija.
4. Después de eso, el socio tendrá la oportunidad de conectarse con la nueva organización.
## 4.2 Si el socio NO puede ver los campos de la organización compartida en la aplicación GeoPard.
1. Si el socio no ve campos en la aplicación GeoPard.
2. El socio debe ir a la página "Setup" >> "Team" (o ) y compruebe la pestaña "Acceso concedido".
3. El nivel de acceso de "Ubicaciones" debería ser 3.
Si esta opción no está disponible, entonces el socio debe notificarlo al propietario para que lo corrija.
4. Los campos deberían estar disponibles en la organización compartida en la app de GeoPard.
