# 2. Solución de problemas de la compartición de "Miembro del personal"

Corrige problemas comunes de compartición con personal en John Deere que bloquean el acceso o la sincronización de datos.

## 2.1 Si el miembro del personal NO puede conectar la organización compartida con la app de GeoPard.

1. El miembro del personal ve la ventana emergente sobre conceder permisos.<br>

2. El miembro del personal debe ir a la página "Configuración" >> "Equipo" (o <https://team.deere.com/>) y revisar la pestaña "Acceso".<br>

3. La opción "Compartir datos de la organización con empresas de software conectadas" debería estar disponible.\
   Si esta opción no está disponible, entonces el miembro del personal debe notificarlo al propietario para corregir el acceso.<br>
