# QGIS: calcular NDVI para el archivo GeoTIFF del dron

A veces necesitas calcular el NDVI promedio para algún polígono dentro del campo. Puedes hacer lo siguiente en QGIS.<br>

#### 1 - Visualizar el geotiff NDVI inicial del dron

#### 2 - Crear una nueva capa

#### 3 - Configurar el nombre de la capa y el tipo de geometría, y presionar OK

#### 4 - Seleccionar la capa en el panel Capas

1. Seleccionar “Activar edición” (1)
2. Seleccionar “Agregar entidad poligonal” (2)

#### 5 - Dibujar un polígono. Para terminar de dibujar presiona el botón derecho del ratón y establece “id” en la ventana emergente.

Finalizar la capa presionando nuevamente “Activar edición” y presionar “Guardar”.

#### 6 - Seleccionar Estadísticas zonales en el panel “Caja de herramientas de procesamiento”.

#### 7 - Seleccionar la capa ráster (1),

Seleccionar la capa de polígonos (2),

Presionar “Ejecutar” (3).

#### 8 - Seleccionar la capa en el panel Capas y presionar el botón derecho del ratón; en el menú contextual seleccionar Abrir tabla de atributos.

#### 9 - Las estadísticas calculadas se mostrarán en la tabla.<br>
