# 1. Deling med "medarbejder"
Del John Deere-data med medarbejdere, så de kan arbejde i GeoPard.
1. For at dele data fra organisationen med medarbejderkontoen skal organisationens ejer gå til siden "Setup" >> "Team" (eller ), vælge organisationen (f.eks. VY Org 01) og klikke på knappen "Staff Member".
2. Angiv e-mailen til medarbejderkontoen, og klik på knappen "Next".
3. Angiv "Organization Management" adgangsniveau til 1 med afkrydsningsfeltet "Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies" og "Locations" adgangsniveau til 3.
4. Klik på knappen "Next".
5. Klik på knappen "Finish".
6. Tabellen viser resultatet godkendt/afvist/afventer for anmodningen.
7. Derefter modtager medarbejderkontoen en e-mailmeddelelse om det og bekræftelses-pop-up'en ved første login til John Deere Operations Center.\
Medarbejderen skal klikke på knappen "Accept".
8. Efter godkendelse skal medarbejderen se en ny organisation (f.eks. VY Org 01).
9. GeoPard-appen skal vise medarbejderens nye organisation, og derefter skal medarbejderen klikke på linket "Connect" (f.eks. VY Org 01).
10. Medarbejderen skal vælge den nye organisation på listen (f.eks. VY Org 01).
11. Klik på knappen "Save".
12. Derefter er GeoPard-appen klar til at arbejde med den nye organisation.
