# 2. Fehlerbehebung bei der Freigabe als „Mitarbeiter“
Häufige Probleme bei der John-Deere-Mitarbeiterfreigabe beheben, die Zugriff oder Datensynchronisation blockieren.
## 2.1 Wenn der Mitarbeiter die freigegebene Organisation NICHT mit der GeoPard-App verbinden kann.
1. Der Mitarbeiter sieht das Popup zur Gewährung von Berechtigungen.
2. Der Mitarbeiter sollte zur Seite "Setup" >> "Team" gehen (oder ) und den Tab "Access" prüfen.
3. Die Option "Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies" sollte verfügbar sein.\
Wenn diese Option nicht verfügbar ist, sollte der Mitarbeiter den Eigentümer darüber informieren, damit der Zugriff korrigiert wird.
## 2.2 Wenn der Mitarbeiter die Schlagflächen der freigegebenen Organisation in der GeoPard-App NICHT sehen kann.
1. Wenn der Mitarbeiter in der GeoPard-App keine Schläge sieht.
2. Der Mitarbeiter sollte zur Seite "Setup" >> "Team" gehen (oder ) und den Tab "Access" prüfen.
3. Die Zugriffsstufe "Locations" sollte 3 sein.\
Wenn diese Option nicht verfügbar ist, sollte der Mitarbeiter den Eigentümer darüber informieren, damit sie korrigiert wird.
4. Die Schläge sollten in der freigegebenen Organisation in der GeoPard-App verfügbar sein.
