# 6. Řešení problémů s tvorbou pracovního plánu

Vyřešte potíže s tvorbou pracovního plánu John Deere a exportem z GeoPard.

## 6.1 Pokud uživatel NEMŮŽE vytvořit pracovní plán ve VLASTNÍ organizaci

1. Pokud partner nemůže z GeoPardu vytvořit pracovní plán John Deere a zobrazí se chybová hláška.<br>

2. Partner by měl přejít na stránku "Setup" >> "Team" (nebo <https://team.deere.com/>) a zkontrolovat přístupová práva: <mark style="background-color:green;">Úroveň přístupu "Work" by měla být 2.</mark>\
   Klikněte na tlačítko "Edit" pro změnu přístupových práv.<br>

3. Změňte přístupová práva "Work" na 2 a klikněte na tlačítko "Save".<br>

4. Ověřte, že úroveň přístupu "Work" byla úspěšně nastavena na 2.

## 6.2 Pokud uživatel NEMŮŽE vytvořit pracovní plán ve SDÍLENÉ organizaci

1. Pokud partner nemůže z GeoPardu vytvořit pracovní plán John Deere a zobrazí se chybová hláška.

2. Partner by měl přejít na stránku "Setup" >> "Team" (nebo <https://team.deere.com/>) a zkontrolujte kartu "Access Granted".\
   Pokud <mark style="background-color:red;">je úroveň přístupu "Work" 0 nebo 1,</mark> klikněte na tlačítko "Edit" a upravte ji.\ <mark style="background-color:red;">Pokud tato možnost není k dispozici, měl by partner o tom uvědomit vlastníka, aby to opravil.</mark>
