# 4. Řešení problémů se sdílením "partnerské organizace"
Odstraňte problémy se sdílením mezi partnerskou organizací v John Deere a GeoPard.
## 4.1 Pokud se partner NEMŮŽE připojit ke sdílené organizaci v aplikaci GeoPard.
1. Partner uvidí vyskakovací okno o udělení oprávnění.
2. Partner by měl přejít na stránku "Setup" >> "Team" (nebo ) a zkontrolujte kartu „Přístup udělen“.
3. Měla by být dostupná možnost „Sdílet data organizace s připojenými softwarovými firmami“.
Pokud tato možnost není k dispozici, měl by partner o tom uvědomit vlastníka, aby to opravil.
4. Poté bude mít partner možnost připojit se k nové organizaci.
## 4.2 Pokud partner NEMŮŽE vidět pole sdílené organizace v aplikaci GeoPard.
1. Pokud partner nevidí pole v aplikaci GeoPard.
2. Partner by měl přejít na stránku "Setup" >> "Team" (nebo ) a zkontrolujte kartu „Přístup udělen“.
3. Úroveň přístupu „Lokace“ by měla být 3.
Pokud tato možnost není k dispozici, měl by partner o tom uvědomit vlastníka, aby to opravil.
4. Pole by měla být v sdílené organizaci v aplikaci GeoPard dostupná.
