# 1. Sdílení "zaměstnance"
Sdílejte data z John Deere se zaměstnanci, aby s nimi mohli pracovat v GeoPard.
1. Chcete-li sdílet data organizace s účtem zaměstnance, měl by vlastník organizace přejít na stránku „Setup“ >> „Team“ (nebo ), vybrat organizaci (například VY Org 01) a kliknout na tlačítko „Staff Member“.
2. Zadejte e-mail účtu zaměstnance a klikněte na tlačítko „Next“.
3. Nastavte „Organization Management“ úroveň přístupu na 1 pomocí zaškrtávacího políčka „Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies“ a úroveň přístupu „Locations“ na 3.
4. Klikněte na tlačítko „Next“.
5. Klikněte na tlačítko „Finish“.
6. Tabulka zobrazuje výsledek schválení/odmítnutí/čekání žádosti.
7. Poté účet zaměstnance obdrží e-mailové oznámení o této události a potvrzovací okno pro první přihlášení do John Deere Operations Center.\
Zaměstnanec by měl kliknout na tlačítko „Accept“.
8. Po schválení by měl zaměstnanec vidět novou organizaci (například VY Org 01).
9. Aplikace GeoPard by měla zobrazit novou organizaci zaměstnance, poté by měl zaměstnanec kliknout na odkaz „Connect“ (například VY Org 01).
10. Zaměstnanec by měl v seznamu vybrat novou organizaci (například VY Org 01).
11. Klikněte na tlačítko „Save“.
12. Poté je aplikace GeoPard připravena k práci s novou organizací.
