# Release Web August 2024 (Data Layer Previews, Spatially Localized Zones, Reusable Zones)

### Enhanced Data Layer Previews for Zones Map Creation

Now, when creating Zones Maps, you can preview your selected data layers, including satellite images and datasets such as soil, yield, and as-applied. At the Data Layers step of Zones Map creation, you’ll see thumbnail previews of these layers at the bottom of the page. Each preview includes a label with the satellite image date or dataset name. You can also remove layers or open more details through tooltips. The active satellite image or dataset name appears above the map, making it easier to track your selections.

### Updated Controls for Spatially Localized Zones Map Generation

We've added more flexibility in generating Spatially Localized Zones. The system now supports creating more than 11 zones, with a range from 3 to 50 zones. Simply enter your desired number of zones directly in the input field. This update provides more granular control, ensuring enough geospatial granularity.

### Additional Enhancements and Fixes

On top of these features, the software engineering team continues to improve the GeoPard core. This month, those improvements include expanded automated test coverage and fine-tuned cloud infrastructure to improve overall performance.
