Automated Soil Sampling Planning

The new Automated Soil Sampling feature makes it easier to design, manage, and execute soil sampling plans across your fields. It supports both grid-based and zone-based methodologies, including multi-field plan creation, with flexible settings that fit agronomic needs.

Let smart algorithms place points and build the route, print lab labels, and execute sampling in the GeoPard mobile app.

Zones VRA maps from Equation Maps

Equation Maps can now be used as inputs for creating Zones RX Application Maps that are ready for agricultural machinery.

Use-case tutorial: Create VRA Lime zones map based on Equation

• Use an Equation Map as a source layer in both Single Layer and Multi-Layer Zones Map flows.

  
• Generated maps support rate calculation and adjustment the same way as with other zones maps.

• Labeling is consistent:

  • eqn for Single Layer maps created from an Equation Map.

  • multi for Multi-Layer maps (even if only one Equation Map layer was used).

    
• Exported Application Maps are compatible with standard agricultural machinery formats, and can be previewed and edited before finalizing.

This feature bridges advanced analysis with practical field operations, enabling seamless conversion from Equation-based insights into actionable prescription maps.

Polygon Cloning Enhancements for Zones Map Drawing

Enhancements have been made to improve the cloning workflow for polygons in zones maps:

• Preserved Colors: When cloning from a zones map, polygon colors are kept. When cloning from datasets (e.g., soil data), users are prompted to choose an attribute for color assignment, with the system suggesting the most suitable attribute automatically.

  
• Auto-Cropping: Cloned polygons are now automatically cropped to the field boundary in the Manual Draw flow, ensuring consistency and saving manual adjustments.

These updates make cloned polygons clearer, more accurate, and immediately usable in workflows without extra edits.

Registration improvement: Auto-Select Country Code for Phone Numbers

The country code in the Additional User Data screen is now automatically selected based on the chosen country.

• Users only enter the phone number, while the country code is prefilled and visible.

• No need to manually select or type the code.

• Input field updated for a cleaner and simpler experience.

This improvement makes phone number entry faster and reduces errors during registration and login.

Satellite Imagery Statistics per point or Complex polygons

The GeoPard API now supports requests for satellite vegetation index data for any point or polygon geometry. This makes it easier to analyze crop health and variability at any scale — from a single scouting point to an entire management zone.

• Supported Indices: NDVI, LAI, WDRVI (and more).

• Supported Providers: Landsat (L) and Sentinel-2 (S2).

• Flexible Inputs: Accepts Point, Polygon, MultiPoint, and MultiPolygon as GeoJSON.

• Cloud Handling: Images are automatically filtered using cloud masks, and a cloudfree attribute on a 0–1 scale indicates how much of the area is clear.

• Output: Returns a structured JSON response with vegetation index values aggregated across your selected geometry and date range.

Batch Dataset Deletion

Easily manage large volumes of data by removing multiple items in a single action. Instead of deleting datasets, zones maps, equation maps, topography layers, or sampling plans one at a time, you can now:

• Select multiple items across different categories at once.

• Confirm deletion with a single click, reducing time and repetitive steps.

• Clean up outdated or unused data quickly, keeping your workspace organized.

• Fixed map zooming out after farm selection.

• Fixed missing organization pre-selection in John Deere import (step 2).

• Fixed loading error when selecting “Rows per page: 100” in John Deere imports.

• Farm selector now clears correctly when clicking Clear.

• Added option to set operation purpose (SEEDING, SPRAYING, FERTILIZATION) for Equation Maps to ensure proper ISOXML export.

• Fixed ZonesMap layer visibility issue in John Deere Ops Center; layers are now properly sent from GeoPard and appear as expected in the JD Ops Center UI.

• Fixed issue with subscription date updates; nested accounts now inherit updated subscription dates immediately after payment, ensuring uninterrupted access.

• Updated Shared Farm billing: operations on shared farms are now correctly billed to the original farm owner instead of the executing user.
