# 6. Отстраняване на проблеми при създаване на Work Plan
Отстранявайте проблеми при създаване и експортиране на Work Plan в John Deere от GeoPard.
## 6.1 Ако потребителят НЕ може да създаде работен план в СВОЯТА организация
1. Ако партньорът не може да създаде John Deere Work Plan от GeoPard и получава съобщението за грешка.
2. Партньорът трябва да отиде на страницата „Setup“ >> „Team“ (или ) и да провери правата за достъп: Нивото на достъп „Work“ трябва да бъде 2.\
Щракнете бутона „Edit“, за да промените правата за достъп.
3. Променете правата за достъп „Work“ на 2 и щракнете бутона „Save“.
4. Проверете, че нивото на достъп „Work“ е зададено успешно на 2.
## 6.2 Ако потребителят НЕ може да създаде работен план в СПОДЕЛЕНАТА организация
1. Ако партньорът не може да създаде John Deere Work Plan от GeoPard и получава съобщението за грешка.
2. Партньорът трябва да отиде на страницата „Setup“ >> „Team“ (или ) и проверете раздела „Access Granted“.\
Ако нивото на достъп „Work“ е 0 или 1, щракнете бутона „Edit“ и ги коригирайте.\ Ако тази опция не е налична, тогава партньорът трябва да уведоми собственика за това, за да го поправи.
3. Нивото на достъп „Work“ трябва да бъде 2.\
