# 2. Отстраняване на проблеми при споделяне с „Служител“
Отстранявайте често срещани проблеми при споделяне на John Deere със служители, които блокират достъпа или синхронизацията на данните.
## 2.1 Ако служителят НЕ може да свърже споделената организация с приложението GeoPard.
1. Служителят вижда изскачащ прозорец за предоставяне на разрешения.
2. Служителят трябва да отиде на страницата „Настройки“ >> „Екип“ (или ) и да провери раздела „Достъп“.
3. Опцията „Споделяне на данните на организацията с свързани софтуерни компании“ трябва да е налична.\
Ако тази опция не е налична, служителят трябва да уведоми собственика, за да бъде оправен достъпът.
## 2.2 Ако служителят НЕ може да вижда полетата на споделената организация в приложението GeoPard.
1. Ако служителят не вижда полета в приложението GeoPard.
2. Служителят трябва да отиде на страницата „Настройки“ >> „Екип“ (или ) и да провери раздела „Достъп“.
3. Нивото на достъп „Местоположения“ трябва да е 3.\
Ако тази опция не е налична, служителят трябва да уведоми собственика, за да бъде оправено.
