# 4. معالجة مشاكل مشاركة «المنظمة الشريكة»
حل مشكلات مشاركة المنظمة الشريكة بين John Deere وGeoPard.
## 4.1 إذا لم يتمكّن الشريك من ربط المؤسسة المشتركة بتطبيق GeoPard.
1. يرى الشريك النافذة المنبثقة الخاصة بمنح الأذونات.
2. يجب على الشريك الانتقال إلى صفحة "الإعداد" >> "الفريق" (أو ) وتحقّق من علامة التبويب "تم منح الوصول".
3. يجب أن يكون خيار "مشاركة بيانات المؤسسة مع شركات البرمجيات المتصلة" متاحًا.
إذا لم يكن هذا الخيار متاحًا، فيجب على الشريك إبلاغ المالك بذلك لإصلاحه.
4. بعد ذلك، سيتمكن الشريك من الاتصال بالمؤسسة الجديدة.
## 4.2 إذا لم يتمكّن الشريك من رؤية الحقول الخاصة بالمؤسسة المشتركة في تطبيق GeoPard.
1. إذا كان الشريك لا يرى الحقول في تطبيق GeoPard.
2. يجب على الشريك الانتقال إلى صفحة "الإعداد" >> "الفريق" (أو ) وتحقّق من علامة التبويب "تم منح الوصول".
