# 2. معالجة مشاكل مشاركة «عضو الفريق»
أصلح المشكلات الشائعة في مشاركة أعضاء الفريق في John Deere التي تمنع الوصول أو مزامنة البيانات.
## 2.1 إذا كان موظف الطاقم لا يستطيع ربط المؤسسة المشتركة بتطبيق GeoPard.
1. يرى موظف الطاقم نافذة منبثقة حول منح الأذونات.
2. يجب على موظف الطاقم الانتقال إلى صفحة "الإعدادات" >> "الفريق" (أو ) ثم التحقق من تبويب "الوصول".
3. يجب أن يكون خيار "مشاركة بيانات المؤسسة مع شركات البرمجيات المتصلة" متاحًا.\
إذا لم يكن هذا الخيار متاحًا، فعلى موظف الطاقم إبلاغ المالك بذلك لإصلاح الوصول.
## 2.2 إذا كان موظف الطاقم لا يستطيع رؤية الحقول الخاصة بالمؤسسة المشتركة في تطبيق GeoPard.
1. إذا كان موظف الطاقم لا يرى الحقول في تطبيق GeoPard.
2. يجب على موظف الطاقم الانتقال إلى صفحة "الإعدادات" >> "الفريق" (أو ) ثم التحقق من تبويب "الوصول".
3. يجب أن يكون مستوى الوصول إلى "المواقع" 3.\
إذا لم يكن هذا الخيار متاحًا، فعلى موظف الطاقم إبلاغ المالك بذلك لإصلاحه.
4. يجب أن تكون الحقول متاحة في المؤسسة المشتركة داخل تطبيق GeoPard.
